In-Service Training of training personnel

Training personnel should be organized as an in-service training.

DrKoernerConsult provides a special program which is adapted to the needs of the trainers and teachers of the country.
As a blended learning approach, the training is divided into computer-based self-learning phases using a CD-ROM, online phases in the internet and training phases in a classroom (face to face).

All participants are encouraged to organise themselves in "newsgroups" in the internet to exchange experience.

We train staff trainers from the TVET sector to become Lead Trainers or e-Tutors to conduct the courses later on.
